ClearPeople offer both a proactive and reactive support practice that gives our customers peace of mind and assurance that their applications and websites are in safe hands.

ClearPeople's support team ensure applications remain stable, whilst remaining ready to react and fix any issues which may occur within an agreed timeframe.

The Support Practice has a dedicated support team including the Client Support Manager and Technical Support Manager. This team is overseen by the Head of Managed Services who has an overview of support and projects.

 

General support hours are UK 09:00 to 17:30. By exception 24/7 Support is available by special arrangement.
