We have a dedicated support team that combines technical specialists with service management staff who are tasked with ensuring your experience is the best it can be. The service management team will regularly touch base with you so you know what’s going on, to measure customer satisfaction and adjust processes, where required, to continually refine your support experience.
With the implementation of our ClearPeople Help Centre based on Zendesk’s omni-channel support platform, we have invested in the future and in our commitment to provide our customers a modern and user friendly support experience.
Our knowledge base is populated with helpful information related to our complete range of products: Atlas, Add-it, Connect, Office 365, SharePoint Online, and so much more. On a daily basis, articles are updated or new articles are added so you can quickly find answers to almost all your queries related to Atlas or any of our services.
If you can't find a solution yourself you can easily raise a support request and our support team will pick up your request and keep you abreast of progress towards resolution.
General support hours are UK 09:00 to 17:30. Extended hours for support are available by special arrangement to meet your specific needs.
