Help shape Atlas - the category defining, AI knowledge management platform.

Why Atlas and this role

Atlas is the leading intelligent knowledge platform for Microsoft365. We have reimagined knowledge by capturing it effortlessly, enriching it with context, and unifying it across Microsoft 365. Atlas uses AI (semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation and responsible governance) to transform unstructured content across Microsoft 365 and beyond into expert answers that people can trust. As Senior Product Manager, you’ll steer high-impact AI capabilities end-to-end and help evolve how our cross-functional teams work: experimenting, learning fast and improving the way we build, not just what we build.

We’re seeing accelerating demand for Atlas, along with a steady stream of new ideas that keep the platform at the cutting edge.

We’re building a world-class product team that values owners. People who aren’t afraid to step beyond a job description to create better ways of working. If you’re motivated by impact, enjoy collaborating deeply with engineering, UX, marketing and customer teams and like to experiment your way to outcomes, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll work as part of the Atlas product team, acting as the voice of the customer across development, stakeholders, and external audiences and as a catalyst for improving how we plan, build and ship together.
