Getting users more active on Office 365 can be challenging.

Polly Moore, a Customer Success Manager at Microsoft invited Gold Certified Partner ClearPeople down to their Paddington offices, to share insights and discuss Atlas, The Intelligent Workspace. ClearPeople wanted to share their expertise on how to overcome development hurdles and boost user engagement.

ClearPeople's Product Director, Stephen Bedford and Operations Director, Barry Wakelin participated in this event, and relished the opportunity to discuss hot topics, such as Digital Transformation, Communications and Resistance Management. 

While it can be quite difficult gaining such privileged access to businesses leaders, Customer Success workshops such as these can be particularly useful forums and prove to be invaluable experiences in gaining further business connections and accessing enterprise-class clients.

Stephen and Barry presented at the Microsoft Customer Success Unit on Thursday 11th July in a room with eight people representing large businesses, all of whom are on an Office 365 adoption journey.
