As demand for Atlas grows, we’re expanding our Customer Success team! We’re looking for a highly engaging, proactive Customer Success Agent (CSA) to help our clients unlock the full value of Atlas post-implementation.

What you’ll do

  • Be the first point of contact for client users, guiding them to get the most from Atlas.
  • Deliver hands-on service desk support and targeted training, both reactively (service tickets) and proactively (knowledge base, training sessions).
  • Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and escalate technical queries as needed.
  • Continuously master new Atlas features and deliver training to clients.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base and help shape processes for a growing Customer Success team.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a service desk or customer success role, preferably in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) and Microsoft Azure; certifications are a plus.
  • Adaptability to keep-up with quickly changing technologies like AI.
  • Experience with AI or supporting AI products will be seen as a plus
  • Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Flexibility to support clients across UK, Europe, UAE, and US time zones.

Salary

Competitive package depending on your experience and location. Our standard working week is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday with 25 days paid holiday. You can read more about the perks of working with us here.
