She led ClearPeople’s evolution from a Top eConsultancy 100 company to the launch of Atlas, a market-leading intelligent knowledge platform. As Co-founder and CEO of Atlas, Katya leads a company redefining how law firms operationalize knowledge. Atlas provides the governance-driven knowledge infrastructure behind precise legal AI, transforming fragmented firm content into structured, authoritative, and AI-ready knowledge within Microsoft 365. Building on her MBA research into knowledge management in law firms, Katya has partnered with the legal community since 2004. She is a published author in Future of Legal Knowledge Management: Harnessing Artificial Intelligence, contributing a chapter on extracting expert knowledge for people and AI.
