Microsoft Teams

The number of MS Teams users has jumped from 20 million in 2019 to 145 million in Q2 2021. This significant rise in Microsoft Teams usage is partly due to the pandemic which has inevitably increased the number of people working remotely and and in hybrid working patterns. As Teams has become a digital hub where many spend a significant part of their working day, it makes sense to bring learning to that same space.

Microsoft Viva has been designed as an Employee Experience Platform to meet the rapid remote work changes brought about by the pandemic.
