We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help shape the market story for Atlas, our intelligent knowledge platform for Microsoft 365.
As organizations adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot, and enterprise AI more widely, one challenge is becoming impossible to ignore: AI is only as good as the knowledge underneath it.
Atlas is the trusted knowledge layer that powers collective intelligence across the modern enterprise. It transforms fragmented content across Microsoft 365 and connected systems into governed, AI-ready knowledge that people and AI can rely on.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
This is a hands-on product marketing role for someone who understands AI, Microsoft 365, or knowledge-intensive sectors.
You will work closely with product, sales, customer success, and leadership to sharpen Atlas Fuse messaging, support go-to-market activity, create sales enablement content, and help build campaigns that generate awareness, educate buyers, and support revenue growth.
Go-to-market support
Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activity for Atlas products, features, sectors and campaigns.
Work with product and commercial teams to understand product developments and translate them into customer-facing messaging, launch materials and campaign themes.
Contribute to product launches, feature announcements, campaign planning and market-facing content.
Messaging and positioning
Develop clear, differentiated messaging that explains what Atlas does, why it matters and how it helps customers improve knowledge productivity, AI readiness and Microsoft Copilot effectiveness.
Turn complex product features and technical concepts into simple, business-focused value propositions.
Create messaging frameworks for different audiences, including knowledge leaders, innovation leaders, IT stakeholders, operational teams and senior decision-makers.
Support website copy, landing pages, campaign messaging, social content, presentations and product collateral.
Sales enablement
Create and maintain sales enablement materials that help the sales team communicate value and progress opportunities. This may include pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, sector messaging, objection-handling guides, product explainers and email copy.
Work with sales to understand common buyer questions, objections and competitive challenges, then translate those insights into practical enablement content.
Support the development of customer stories and proof points that demonstrate Atlas’ impact.
Campaign and demand generation support
Develop product-led campaign themes and content.
Support campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, events, gated assets, partner activity and thought leadership.
Help create content that supports lead generation, nurture journeys and buyer education.
Contribute to campaign assets such as guides, checklists, blogs, LinkedIn posts, event messaging, executive content and downloadable resources.
Social media, AEO and thought leadership
Support Atlas’ presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels by creating product-led and insight-led content.
Help develop content that improves visibility across search engines, AI answer engines and emerging discovery channels.
Contribute to thought leadership around AI, knowledge productivity, Microsoft Copilot, knowledge management, enterprise search and digital workplace transformation.
Support senior leaders and subject matter experts with content that builds credibility and market recognition.
Cross-functional collaboration
Act as a bridge between product, sales, customer success and marketing. Gather insight from customer conversations, sales feedback, product updates and market trends to inform messaging and campaigns.
Help ensure that Atlas’ product story is consistent across sales, marketing, customer success and leadership communications.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, knowledge management, or digital workplace technology.
You are commercially minded, clear-thinking, and confident working with complex products.
You enjoy finding the sharpest way to explain why a product matters. You can listen to product teams, sales teams, customers, and leadership, then turn those insights into messaging, content, and enablement that helps buyers understand value.
You care about quality, clarity, and impact. You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of product marketing projects from idea to execution.
Competitive package depending on your experience. Our standard working week is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. You will be entitled to 33 days paid holiday per annum (including bank holidays) and can read more about the perks of working with us here.
This is a chance to work on a product category that is becoming more important every day. As AI adoption accelerates, organizations need more than disconnected tools and generic assistants. They need trusted knowledge foundations, governed knowledge collections, contextual search, and secure AI orchestration.
Atlas sits at the heart of that shift. You will help shape how the market understands Atlas, how buyers evaluate it, and how our sales and marketing teams communicate its value.
For someone looking to grow their product marketing career, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, while developing practical experience across go-to-market, messaging, enablement, content and demand generation.
Please provide a cover letter with your application. This will help provide us with more insight into your application as well as help with the selection process.
