Microsoft’s release of AI for SharePoint (aka “Knowledge Agent” in SharePoint) has created quite a bit of excitement.
Advanced capabilities that previously required specialist expertise or IT intervention have, with AI for SharePoint, moved closer to business teams and content owners. For example, adding complex Managed Metadata columns to a document library and updating the metadata values automatically.
