Save time, Think-5
What if we could begin to make the tasks simpler or remove them altogether? Think of all of the 5 minutes that we would save, time then made available for more important stuff.
This is what is behind our Think-5 principle. We build simple, easy to use tools that are designed to save those 5 minutes. Integrated with and complimentary to the Office 365, our solutions help boost collaboration efforts across individuals, teams and geographies, driving value for our clients with each use.
Some of the challenges we set ourselves are:
- How to save time locating key documents, processes and procedures
- Decreasing the time to locate the right person in your organisation
- Reducing the time to read, sort and reply to emails
- Reducing work duplication
A recent study by McKinsey showed that productivity improves by 20-25% in organisations with connected employees. With that in mind, ClearPeople’s new division finds ways to boost employee productivity and increase output from an organisation’s workforce by helping them to do things faster.
Out of our Think-5 principle, we created Group Explorer (GX) which tackles one particular challenge - the proliferation of Office 365 Groups - head-on. GX allows users to easily work and collaborate across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365 Groups, Dynamics CRM, Yammer and more. It provides a great user experience through one aggregated view across the full range of Microsoft 365 collaboration areas, greatly simplifying and improving employee engagement and boosting productivity through enhanced teamwork.
Group Explorer is available as one of the many "Think-5" features of Atlas - our Intelligent Workspace solution.
Bryan Ackermann, CIO of global management consultancy, Korn Ferry, says: “Group Explorer is helping us to bring together new and existing Korn Ferry staff and teams under one digital roof. We’ve deployed the tool within our new intranet which provides one platform to effectively communicate, collaborate and manage knowledge across the entire organisation. It’s leading to higher adoption levels of our Microsoft applications and making governance of internal collaboration much easier.”
