About the Product Team

We thrive for creating engaging employee experiences on top of Microsoft 365, from product research to release going through all phases of design and development, we lead ClearPeople’s Product division creating next generation knowledge, employee, and collaboration user experiences.

Product UX designer role

We are looking for bright, inquisitive, and organised people with expert or near-expert Figma skills and able to work with Microsoft’s Fluent UI framework for a 6-month part-time contract with our Product team.

Experience on designing web UI components and producing high fidelity prototypes for demonstration functionality and interaction are critical to the role.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Highly skilled on Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
  • Good understanding of development methodologies and UX design frameworks with the ability to provide estimates.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English B1 or equivalent level) including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • At least two years related experience (Design, UX…).
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft’s Fluent UI framework 
  • Previous Intranet development experience and strong understanding of the cloud technology platforms such as SharePoint/Microsoft 365.
  • Highly organised with well-developed problem solving, troubleshooting, and design skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages (in order to have great communication with the Front-End development team).
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment.
