Marketing Manager

Demand for Atlas, the Intelligent Knowledge platform for Microsoft 365, is growing fast. 

With the recent release of Atlas 5, ClearPeople is poised to take the enterprise AI market by storm.  That's why we are looking for an energetic Marketing Manager with proven experience in the B2B tech sector, to be as passionate as we are about bringing the Atlas message to the world. 

As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and execution. You will also have the opportunity to gain considerable market share with your drive and innovation. 

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company strategy and market acceptance. Positioned on the brink of a substantial opportunity in the burgeoning enterprise AI market, we are looking for the right person to seize the opportunity and run with it. Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Create, maintain, and monitor marketing analytics related to website, campaign, and social media activities, to extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Manage the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, videos, and social media posts, intended to engage and educate prospects and customers
  • Ensure the company website is current, and is performing optimally using data analytics to gauge and improve performance
  • Organize live and online events and product exhibitions
  • Craft and execute internal marketing initiatives

Principal collaboration areas:

•    Product team: Close collaboration on release and core product areas
•    Sales: Messaging, content and training required for sales to reach out to customers and prospects
•    Partner Marketing: Provide the required messaging, content, and training to position and sell the product
•    Analyst Relations: analyst engagement, report submission and enablement


You should apply if:

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in marketing B2B software products
• You have proven experience working with Microsoft productivity products OR the knowledge/document management ecosystem  
• You're motivated by growth targets and are excited to work at a fast-paced, growing company  
• You take a customer first approach to everything you do 
• You are able to speak/write in the voice of the customer with experience in copywriting in English
• You are able to create messaging frameworks and product positioning

 

Salary

Competitive package depending on your experience. Our standard working week is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. You will be entitled to 33 days paid holiday per annum (including bank holidays) and can read more about the perks of working with us here.
