We soon say farewell to 2017 and a very warm welcome to 2018. I’m very pleased to report that the outlook for ClearPeople is positive and I am confident that next year will be our best year to date.

No, I have not used a crystal ball to predict this - it is simply due to our strong forecasted results for this financial year combined with our recognition in the marketplace growing substantially. For the third year in a row we climbed up the eConsultancy Top 100 ranking and continue to be listed as a Recommended Agency by RAR which is completely based on client satisfaction scores. We have also developed and launched several new tools and solutions, as well as continued to build on our delivery reputation. 

What is our formula? It is simple… our People (it is even in our company name!)

Our employees are our greatest asset and they have helped shape ClearPeople to what it is today. I would like to extend my appreciation to our entire team for their invaluable contribution, continued dedication, flexibility and innovation. Our Senior Leadership and Management team have also been instrumental in enabling us to grow even though we are faced with a competitive landscape surrounded by a wider environment of uncertainty.

Even as we move into the second phase of Brexit, there are still a lot of things that are uncertain that we cannot predict or forecast. We must simply continue by embracing the change with lots of good humour and patience. 

We continue to build on the momentum from the initiatives we implemented last year. Our consistent performance has been driven by our growth strategy and clear strategic priorities. This is underpinned by continually reinforcing our culture and values. 

Growth can only be achieved through listening to our clients and providing excellent client service. We have extended our feedback mechanisms these past couple of years and hope to improve this further over the coming years. It is exciting to see how our partnership has evolved with our clients over the years. 2017 has seen some great work being been done in guiding new and existing clients through their digital transformation strategies, helping them achieve true value through improved experiences, saved time and even in some cases, substantial cost savings using our digital workspace solutions. Thank you to all of our clients, new and old, for always providing us with challenging digital briefs and allowing us to be innovative in delivering real value to your businesses. I’m always very pleased to hear about any ways in which we can continue to improve our levels of service, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me personally with your thoughts and feedback.
