Usage reports update: New export capabilities

'We’re adding new export capabilities to the usage reports in the Office 365 admin center. Admins can now export the data from the organization wide activity charts at the top of each usage report. By clicking or tapping the Export link, the data for the selected time period will be exported into an Excel .csv file, enabling admins to get this data into a csv to further analyze or easily share the chart data with others. The export will contain data for the selected reporting period.'

'Policies can be created to alert you that a user has granted an application permission to their Office 365 information'

Usage reports update: Reporting role

'We continue to update the usage reporting experience to provide you with a complete picture of how your organization is using Office 365. The new reporting role is meant for those who are tasked with Office 365 reporting and data analysis as well as those driving usage and adoption within their organization. This new reporting role gives a user access only to the usage reports in the Office 365 admin center and the data responsible for those reports under the Microsoft Graph API.'
