Who is this event for?
Knowledge Managers, Innovation Managers and CIOs.
Why should you attend?
With cloud solutions becoming the norm, and data residing in big scalable cloud infrastructures, Microsoft is shifting its attention to assist its customers to take much better advantage of al the “locked value” residing in enterprise data. Microsoft’s vision for its modern content services is to enable its Office 365 customers to uncover and leverage knowledge hidden within the vast amount of unstructured documents each company holds. Within the remits of sovereign control of the customer’s own tenancy and data policies, these modern services aim to drive more efficient records management, automated classification and importantly support knowledge managers through the knowledge curation process by suggesting topics; automating the extraction of possibly keywords; and by creating links and inferred relations between knowledge.
This session will cover all the “currently known and public” information about Project Cortex and the Office 365 Content Services. It will be a pragmatic guide to what is expected to be coming down the road. As well as a guide, on how to prepare best and set internal expectations. To succeed, and as with any ground breaking technology changes, it will require careful planning, executive buy-in and setting of realistic expectations.
For those interested in signing up for early access / preview during Microsoft’s next intake, we will get your interest registered if you have done already, but also discuss the scope you should expect during such a preview engagement.
