Digital transformation is at the core of what ClearPeople do. We uniquely combine technical, digital agency and consulting services to create engaging digital experiences for people. 

We’re looking for a digital UX-er who is as comfortable facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, as they are with knuckling down to deliver awesome interaction design for solutions that delight the people who use them.

We’re looking for someone who loves what they do and is confident in delivering UX through following an evidence-led approach for large scale digital solutions, and:

Roles and Responsibilities

This is a broad and stimulating UX-er role to which you’ll apply your research and design thinking capabilities to help translate business challenges into innovative outcomes.

  • Communicating recommendations and insights in ways that are appropriate for your audience
  • Taking research insights into compelling design recommendations
  • Effective communication, excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Shaping responses to client briefs and budgets, developing appropriate research plans and proposals
  • Acting as a mentor for the more junior members of the team
  • Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team, across multiple projects, in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Communicating the value of UX/CX to stakeholders and influencing decision making by translating the positive impacts UX brings to organisational and business change
  • Planning, coordinating and conducting UX research, expert evaluations, workshops (discovery, empathy, stakeholder) and in-depth interviews
  • Using design thinking framework to create or contribute to design concepts and recommendations and, often, prototyping the outcomes to test with real-users before implementation
  • Creating effective deliverables that provide business value, targeted at solving specific problems, such as personas, customer journey maps, process flows etc.
  • Understanding business objectives and defining corresponding KPI’s to measure success
  • Helping to translate designs and concepts into workable product backlogs. 

Required Experience
