We are looking for a pro-active, and motivated Digital Project Manager with a passion for delivering excellent digital solutions to join our growing team. This is a mid-level role with opportunity to progress your career further.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering and experience working on web/digital projects. We are especially interested in those candidates who also have experience  delivering projects using an Agile methodology.

As a ClearPeople project manager you will be responsible for a variety of projects, guiding the project teams and ensuring fast and excellent delivery of solutions. You will be the key touch point for our clients for their projects, delivering great customer service and clear reporting on project progress.

As an Agile organisation, we are also always looking at ways to make our processes even better so you will also be expected to contribute ideas to the business and help drive continuous improvement. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate projects, manage resources and deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
  • Understand client business objectives and use business change methodologies to help realise their vision
  • Manage multiple projects and work-streams using various project methodologies (Agile / PRINCE2)
  • Contributing ideas and implementing change to our processes.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years project management experience
  • Experience working on web/digital projects is essential
  • Proven delivery of projects using Agile methodologies essential
  • Previous agency experience is desirable
  • Experience using project tools such as MS Project, Visual Studio Online desirable
  • Ability to work self-supervised, and drive projects to completion
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Strong client facing and excellent consultancy / communication skills, e.g. lead and facilitate project meetings
  • A strong passion for solving business challenges with technology.
