Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for support via telephone and our internal support ticketing system.
  • Communicate support ticket status to customers and keep them informed.
  • Advise users on appropriate action for quick fixes.
  • Adhere to SLA and support contract details.
  • Log all Support interactions.
  • Administrator for internal support ticketing system.
  • Redirect support tickets to correct resource.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
  • Provide Service Reports and obtain feedback from Customers.
  • Inform management of recurring problems.

Required Experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a similar role at a digital agency or similar would be preferable.
  • Strong customer service skills and confident telephone manner essential.
  • Experience in Sales Operations a plus.
  • Have the ability to work in a highly demanding environment.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with a CRM system a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
