Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Consultant that can help us turn our leads into winning proposals and pitches.

We need someone that can take a lead from initial contact to working with our team of expert consultants to come up with a winning strategy, help write a proposal, pitch it and win it!
 
We imagine you will be someone that is a great communicator with great people skills who loves to work as part of a team, driven, hardworking and happy to give 100%.
 
Ideally we would like someone who has worked within the digital industry, but this isn’t compulsory if you are a quick learner and prepared to do your homework.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organisation through effective planning
  • Act in a highly client facing role ensuring negotiations and submissions are particular to the client requirement, entailing a high level of internal as well as external dialogue
  • Plan, forecast, monitor, list within CRM and drive the sales pipeline to exceed bookings and revenue and objectives agreed
  • Maintain close collaboration with the Delivery Team, ensuring that customer commitments are met in a timely manner and that efficient customer feedback is given 

Required Experience

  • Consulting or sales experience, ideally in a digital agency
  • Must be able to have a demonstrable successful sales track record 
  • Experience selling to UK clients
  • You will be a first class communicator
