Bringing IT and Marketing together to create an exceptional internal customer experience

In November last year we hosted a very successful seminar on the Digital Workspace, focusing on how collaboration between IT and Marketing teams can help to transform an organisation’s internal and external customer experience. It was a roundtable discussion attended by Marketing, IT and Knowledge Managers in the Legal and Property Sector.

It was such a success that we have decided to run the event again for all those involved in Digital Workspace and Intranet projects in the Charity and Not-for-Profit sectors.

What exactly is the Digital Workspace? How successful do you think your organisation is in achieving your internal communications goals, and does your intranet make it easier for your organisation to speak to your external audience on your website? Is it possible to achieve ‘digital nirvana’ and bring the internal and external worlds together?

The seminar will be split into two parts:

Part 1 – The Digital Workspace Maturity Model

Katya Linossi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of ClearPeople will start the debate by defining what the Digital Workspace is and seek your opinions on where you feel your organisation sits on the Maturity Model, identifying possible ways to help you improve.

Part 2 – Case Studies

John Bazley, Intranet Manager at Alzheimer's Society and Andrew McNeil, Senior Business Analyst at the Valuation Office Agency will discuss what they want to achieve through their Digital Workspace, talking through their goals for the future and the challenges they expect to overcome to get there. This will give you the opportunity to talk through your own experiences and seek helpful advice from those in the same position.
