13th October is the date Microsoft ends mainstream support for SharePoint 2010 and moves it into the extended support phase.
What does this mean exactly?
Some of the support Microsoft have been offering since SharePoint 2010 was released in 2009 will cease. This includes:
- Non-security hotfix support
- No-charge incident support
- Design changes and feature requests
- Warranty Claims
So what should you do?
