ClearPeople value the personal touch and this year asked its employees to suggest a Charity to support.

With Christmas fast approaching, Operation Christmas Child seemed an obvious choice. The initiative, which is part of Samaritans Purse, has been running for over 19 years aims to deliver gift-filled shoeboxes to Children in Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Operation Christmas Child works with local churches and charities overseas to ensure that the shoeboxes get delivered by hand, to children who need it most.

ClearPeople employees took care to choose gifts and wrap their own box which we delivered to the Charity at the end of November, along with a donation from ClearPeople.

We have just come to the end of November – or should that be ‘Movember’. This is another very worthy Charity and aims to ‘change the face of men’s health’ by raising awareness and money for prostate cancer. The initiative is in its third year and participants are sponsored to grow a moustached throughout the month of ‘Movember.
