Due to the success of the online services (Business Productivity Online Suite) Microsoft has decided to reduce the price in order to deliver a competitive and compelling offer. In addition, mailbox storage has been increased from 5GB to 25GB.

As of 3 November 2009, the newest prices are as follows:

Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) is GBP 6.71 per seat ex VAT
(includes Exchange Online Standard, Office SharePoint Standard, Office Communication Online and Office Live Meeting Standard)

Office SharePoint Online Standard is GBP 3.52 per seat ex VAT
(Choose this option if you don't need the other features of BPOS)

You can also combine, so if you need 100 users set up, but only 20 need the full suite, then just order 20 BPOS seats and 80 Office SharePoint Online Standard seats.
