ClearPeople are a new hybrid breed of business offering digital agency creativity combined with technical consulting services expertise.

You will play a role in our expanding user experience team, working with our UI designers, UX consultants and technical consultant and developers to design award winning solutions for our clients including Rolex, Fred Perry, Global Blue, Alzheimer’s Society and Cystic Fibrosis Trust to name a few. We’re also very proud to have recently won Gold at the Stevies International Business Awards for Design Agency of the Year.

You will need to have had demonstrable experience defining user experience through user research and UX design within a digital agency. You will be a great communicator who works well in a team and is confident to present your ideas to colleagues and clients alike.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their challenges and requirements
  • Help to run IA, UX sessions and workshops (personas, journey mapping, field studies) 
  • Provide ideas on IA including organisational schemes, structure and labelling
  • Analyse and extract insights from research findings both qualitative and quantitative
  • Put together recommendations and requirements based on your findings
  • Provide UX ideas through sketching, wireframes or other and create prototypes that explain UX flows clearly
  • Test your ideas with user groups for validation
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing in the team

Required Experience

  • Being passionate about user-centred design is a must
  • Knowledge of prototyping in solutions such as Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle is beneficial
  • Understanding of interactive development and how this affects the user experience
  • Ability to consider UX across multiple devices
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to provide tangible, insight-driven UX ideas
  • Ability to balance workload in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Good level of organisation 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Experience with Content Management Systems such as SharePoint and Sitecore etc. is beneficial
  • Experience with project delivery methods (SCRUM, agile, Prince2), would be great
  • Experience writing requirements such as user stories would be beneficial 
  • Demonstrable experience in product or similar development & user-centred design
