This is an exciting and challenging new role in the Managed Services team.

We’re on the move, are aiming high and currently seek a Sitecore or .NET Web Developer to join our growing support team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Use the Web CMS to model proposed solutions, working alongside UX and Front-End Engineers to continually review in order to reach the right solution
  • Maintain and improve upon our architectural, development and QA approaches in collaboration with the wider Development and Project Management team 
  • Maintain a portfolio of recommended third party tools, software or code libraries  
  • Work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control and process documentation 
  • Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements 
  • Collaborate with management and development teams to prioritise tickets and needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions 
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks 
  • Take ownership of assigned issues and troubleshoot production support issues through to resolution 
  • Devise possible solutions to problems, evaluate options where appropriate 
  • Ensure accurate input to estimating, planning and reviewing processes and procedures 
  • Maintain excellent communication with the Managed Services and Development teams on all tasks and projects using ClearPeople’s call logging system. 

Required Experience

  • You must be a strong .NET Web Developer with C#, .NET and SQL Server experience. 
  • Experience with related technologies such as Azure, HTML, CSS, XSL and JavaScript is also relevant. 
  • Experience with web content management systems such as Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico, Sitefinity or similar is highly desirable. 
  • You will ideally have a BSc, HND or similar (UK) - or - a Masters or Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Technical Engineering in Computer Management, Technical Engineering in Computer Systems, or similar (Spain). 
  • You must have good verbal and written English communication skills and be comfortable communicating to both to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Attention to detail and strong team engagement. 
  • Passion for innovative technology and continuous learning. 
  • Spain resident and/or has permission to work in the European Union.
