We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious and enthusiastic person to join our sales and marketing team and take an active role in developing our “Think 5” business through proactive lead generation activities. This is a results-driven position with results-based bonuses.

You’ll be responsible for the creation of target lists in collaboration with the marketing team and using the most effective communication methods available to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team to sell our products and services. This will include telephone, direct mail, email and social media. We also expect the candidate to create a network of contacts to assist them in delivering successful messaging and creating prospects.

This is a newly created role within a very successful and expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who brings a real hunger to succeed and a host of innovative ideas to really make their mark. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in lead generation or sales, although any individual with an aptitude for customer service and exemplary communication skills will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identification of relevant contacts through online research, directories, incoming enquiries, list purchase and other sources
  • Handling incoming enquiries for our Think 5 product suite 
  • Marketing to prospective buyers and existing clients through telephone, direct mail, email and social media marketing
  • Capturing prospect’s requirements through fact finding and asking the right questions
  • Building a list of warm leads with which to maintain future relationships and maintaining the business development database
  • Devising campaign initiatives
  • Recruiting attendees to ClearPeople events
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on set KPIs and objectives

Required Experience

  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Proficient at writing emails, letters, articles and social media posts
  • Able to eloquently discuss requirements over the telephone both actively and proactively, describing relevant solutions and capturing essential information
  • Understanding of building a sales pipelines
  • Target driven with an ability to build a strong rapport with prospects
  • PC literate
  • Proven experience in a business development, telesales or lead generation role
  • Experience of Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Interest in technology and digital marketing
