We are a Consultagency™, a team of over 50 bright, expert and human digital experts specialising in delivering technical consulting services and digital strategy solutions.

Founded in 2003 by sole owners Katya Linossi and Gabriel Karawani, we have delivered in excess of 250 successful digital projects for over 110 clients.

We work with our clients to transform their digital workplace through technology, processes and people. for a sub-brand of a well-known national company.

We worked with Get Me Everywhere to design their full brand identity including an evaluation of their nomenclature and full visual identity with implementation to their new website built in the Kentico content management system.

We’re experienced in delivering intranets and enhanced Digital Workplaces for our clients to collaborate and share information, currently leading projects for Alzheimer’s Society and Laing O’Rourke. The vision is to create an easy to use accessible engagement channel that connects, and encourages two-way communication, collaboration and information sharing between employees, volunteers and external partners, from wherever they are, and whatever device they choose to use.

We have solved email management and information architecture issues for some of the world’s global market leaders.

ClearPeople has been working with GDF Suez since 2010 to implement a range of information architecture and SharePoint document and email management solutions for users in office locations spread throughout the world. The solution is a complex document management collaboration system for the in-house legal team, which widened to other departments in Dubai.

We also worked with the in-house Group Legal team of telecommunications company Vodafone to centralise their handling of documents and governance of case and matters. Utilising SharePoint, we integrated with Outlook to allow lawyers and knowledge workers across all of Vodafone’s regions and business areas to work remotely. This was enhanced with collaboration areas, and a consistent but flexible information architecture with advanced search capabilities.

ClearPeople delivers Knowledge Management solutions to put international law firms well ahead of their peers.

We delivered a SharePoint based technology platform for a large international law firm, that maximises the out-of-the-box capabilities of SharePoint and could be combined with other Microsoft technologies, such as MS Office, Exchange, Lync and more. The solution provides a rich and user-friendly know-how experience with heavy use of metadata and search capabilities, allowing them to easily manage both knowledge assets and the underlying taxonomy. Furthermore, it offers a highly personalised experience by taking advantage of the SharePoint audience features and user profiles.

We have deployed award-winning cloud based solutions to manage over 1 petabyte of data and save millions of pounds in infrastructure costs.

The Crown Estate required a new data management system to share masses of data. We deployed a scalable cloud-based solution with zero infrastructure required, saving them over £2.2m a year in hosting costs. The project was named the Gold Award Winner at the 2013 Document Manager Magazine Awards and won the Best not for Profit IT project at the 2014 BCS & Computing UK IT Industry Awards.

We empower users with the ability to get more insight from data.

ClearPeople provided the knowledge and infrastructure to allow Charles Taylor to develop new ways to get better insight from their data and allow decision makers to create their own reports quickly and easily – and more accurately. By making data broadly available to managers, executives and operations throughout the business, information workers have been able to turn information into timely, decision-making insight. Charles Taylor has also saved its IT team from the time consuming task of manually creating these reports by providing self-service BI capabilities to its power users and giving them instant insight into the business.

We work with our customers to upgrade intranets, document management systems and websites, migrating 1000s of gigabytes of data to improve business productivity.

We worked with Shoosmiths, one of UK’s largest national law firms to consolidate their document management solution into a SharePoint platform, migrating knowledge, client data and matters from DM6. We implemented a highly complex business logic that allowed the simulation of migrations and future adjustments to be made. We created collaboration and personal areas that took advantage of SharePoint’s information architecture and allowed more flexibility than previous systems, with tighter governance going forward for the firm.

We believe that a customer relationship doesn’t end when the project does. For many customers, we go on to support them way beyond their initial requirements. We’ve worked with Toshiba for over 10 years, providing end-to end services from consultancy and web design to ongoing support and maintenance, and our relationship with the National Autistic Society has been ongoing since 2007 when we delivered several campaign microsites and migrated their main website to Sitecore.
