This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. We promise that we will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy.
What information do we collect?
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" IP address. When a visitor requests a page, our web servers automatically recognise that visitor's domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, and to investigate misuse, its users, or to cooperate with law enforcement. We do not collect and evaluate this information for specific individuals. Our web servers do not automatically record e-mail addresses of the visitors.
If you decide to fill in the contact form, application form or subscription to our newsletter, ClearPeople shall maintain the confidentiality of the information included on the form, disclosing it only to its employees who need to know such information for the purpose of contacting you about product updates, offers and announcements, or, if you have so requested, to send information concerning ClearPeople’s products or services. Data that is collected is done in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
ClearPeople will not pass on any of the information to other organisations. ClearPeople may, however, disclose the information to any authority if required to do so by law. ClearPeople uses reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure. ClearPeople reserves the right to transfer all such information in connection with the sale of all or part of ClearPeople’s capital stock or assets. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive the information. We are not responsible for such third party privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Some of our web pages utilise "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about website activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information or Preferences previously indicated by a Web user. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them.
You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser, but please note that if you choose to erase or block your cookies, you will need to re-enter your original user ID and password to gain access to certain parts of the Web site.
Tracking technologies may record information such as Internet domain and host names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns; and dates and times that our site is accessed. Our use of cookies and other tracking technologies allows us to improve our website and your web experience. We may also analyse information that does not contain personal information for trends and statistics.

By using the ClearPeople website, you consent to the collection and use of information by ClearPeople as specified above. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
