Q. What is a Content Management System?
A. A content management system (CMS) is a software solution that enables users to manage, update and maintain websites easily.

Q. Can ClearControl be used by staff members that have no previous experience using a content management system?
A. ClearControl's user interface is designed to be intuitive and simple. Non-technical users are able to add and edit content without any technical knowledge.

Q. Can editors of the site preview draft content to see exactly how it will appear when published?
A. Yes, there is a preview/draft function. This allows an editor to preview the web page as it would appear on the live site. The user can then continue editing in draft mode and save the changes using our version numbering system.

Q. Are there different user access levels?
A. Access can be set for specific content types and for specific areas of the site. This allows users to have full administrator or editor rights.
